运用IKAP理论对产妇进行健康教育的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨对产妇进行健康教育的最佳方法。方法:将正常分娩的122例产妇作为实验组,运用信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)论进行健康教育。将以往正常分娩的120例产妇作为对照组,按照传统方法常规进行健康教育指导。结果:实验组产后知识掌握情况和母乳喂养情况均明显优于对照组;实验组中剖宫产产妇的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、拔除尿管后自主排尿情况,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用IKAP理论对产妇进行健康教育优于传统方法,可有效提高健康教育效果,增强护理服务质量。 Objective: To discuss the best method to carry on health education To parturient woman. Methods: 122 normal labor parturients were as experimental group.To carry on health education to them with Information-Knowledge- Attitude- Practice(IKAP faith education on health) theory.Another 122 normal labor parturients were as control group.To carry on health education to them with traditional way.Results: The level of mastery of postpartum knowledge and the Situation of breastfeeding were better in the experimental group than those in the control group.The time that the cesarean can get out of bed, the time that the cesarean's anus can exhaust and the situation of emiction after removing ureter were statistically different between experimental group and control group(P〈0.05):Conclusion: To use IKAP theory to carry on health education to the parturient woman is better than traditional way.It can effectively improve the effect of health education and enhance nursing service quality.
