摘要
目的:探讨人文医学实践性教育对医学生共情培育的作用。方法:采取多种形式的实践性教育活动,如参加义工、开展患者社会心理状况进行评估、床边人文关怀教育、角色扮演方式、实景培训等。结果:医学生对患者的身心痛苦和疾病负担有了深切体会,加深了对患者心理需求的认识。结论:人文医学实践性教育能有助于提升医学生的共情意识和能力。
The education of medical humanities must be led by the social needs.Most of the knowledge and skills are expected to be associated with the practice. Various forms of practical educational activities,such as acting as volunteers in hospitals,investigating patients' demand,taking the way role-playing to conduct doctor-patient communication skills training,along with the combination of medical ethics and medical regulations education with clinical practical problems,can help to improve the humanistic spirit and humanities medical services skill of the medical students.
