摘要
目的:优化中药复方喷膜剂的提取工艺。方法:采取正交试验法设计并用HPLC法进行测定。结果:最佳工艺提取条件为A3B1C2D3,即药材加水10倍量,提取0.5h,分3次提取,醇沉最佳工艺的质量分数为80%乙醇。结论:经验证该实验优选得到的工艺稳定、工艺可行。
Objective：To research the optimume extracting conditions for Chinese medicine consperg film. Methods：The orthogonal experimental design and HPLC method were used.Results：According to the results of the orthogonal experiment,the optimum process was as follows：extracting solvent used water,0.5h each time, 10 times solvent,extraction for 3 times.The optimum alcohol precipitation process was as follows：80% precipitation concentration.Conclusion：The process is stable and highly efficient.
