摘要 曼氏杆菌病是牛、羊等反刍动物的重要呼吸道传染病,给养牛和养羊业带来较大的经济损失,溶血性曼氏杆菌是该病的病原,作者对其生物学特性、临床症状、毒力因子、致病机制等进行简要概述,为进一步深入研究提供参考。 Mannheimiosis is an important respiratory disease of cattle,sheep and other ruminants,and cause cattle and sheep industry great economic loss,Mannheimia haemolytica is the pathogen of this disease,this paper will give a brief overview of its biological characteristics,clinical symptoms,virulence factors,pathogenic mechanism and so on,and lay a foundation for further study.
