摘要
对天津凌庄自来水厂的污泥成分进行了分析,在此基础上根据焙烧陶粒的原理,设计了以给水厂污泥为原料焙烧陶粒的工艺流程。通过实验,研究了其工艺过程中的影响因素并确定了工艺参数。对性能良好的陶粒进行了性能检验,认为以给水厂污泥为原料烧制陶粒的处置方法可行,并能带来一定的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。得到的产品符合国标中高强陶粒的要求,可广泛应用于建筑行业中的承重结构。
On the basis of analysis of the component of the sludge from Ling-zhuang waterworks,the technological process is studied which uses the sludge for raw materials to produce the sludge ceramsite.Through a lot of experiments,the several factors affecting the nature of ceramsite are developed and the technological parameters are confirmed.By testing the nature of the ceramsite,the conclusion is gained that the way of waterworks sludge for ceramsite is feasible and can bring certain economical,social and environmental profits.The products meet the demand on high strength ceramsite in national standard and can be widely used to load bearing structure in construction.
