摘要
以春兰‘宋梅’为试验材料,研究了植物生长调节物质及有机添加物对春兰根状茎的增殖与分化的影响,结果表明适合春兰根状茎增殖的培养基为:1/2MS+3~5 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L BA+10%椰子汁+30 g/L蔗糖+6.8 g/L琼脂;最适合根状茎芽分化的培养基为:1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+3 mg/L BA+10%椰子汁+30 g/L蔗糖+6.8 g/L琼脂。
A study was conducted to determine the effects of plant growth regulators(BA,NAA) and organic additives on the growth,proliferation and differentiation of the rhizomes of Cymbidium goeringii in vitro.Results showed that the optimum culture medium for proliferation of C.forrestii 'Songmae' rhizomes was 12MS medium supplemented with 3-5 mgL NAA,0.1 mgL BA,10% coconut milk,30 gL sucrose,and 6.8 gL agar.12MS medium containing 0.5 mgL NAA,3 mgL BA,10% coconut milk,30 gL sucrose,and 6.8 gL agar was suitable for differentiation of C.forrestii 'Songmae' rhizomes.
