分析了扣紧螺母的成形原理,介绍了复合模中零件展开尺寸的计算方法;重点介绍了成形模的主要成形部件的设计方法及模具结构,解决了扣紧螺母的生产问题。
The forming principle of retaining nut was analyzed;and the calculation method of unfolding dimension of a composite die was explained.The designing method of main forming parts and structure of the die were introduced in particular.
