摘要
研究不同操作参数对高效转子选粉机性能的影响规律,利用正交实验设计,得到高效转子选粉机的最佳工况.实验结果表明:折叠形式滴流装置可提高选粉效率;转子的转速对选粉机的性能影响最明显,通过调整转子的转速可控制产品的细度.确定选粉机最佳工况:转速为500 r/min,风量为1 750 m3/h,加料速度为10 kg/min时牛顿效率为83.88%.
The influence of different operating parameters on the classified performance of the high-efficiency rotor classifier is studied,and the optimum conditions are obtained through orthogonal experiment.The results show that the two-double trickle devices could improve the classifiable efficiency.The most important factor to affect the property of classifier is the speed of rotor,so the granularity of the product could be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed.On the basis of expermental data,the following conditions can optimize the performance of classifier with the Newton efficiency is 83.88%: rotor speed is 500 r/min,air flow is 1 750 m3/h,and feeding speed is 10 kg/min.
