摘要
为满足无线通信需求,采用4级半波长谐振器设计了一种应用于无线局域网络(IEEE-802.11a/b/g)的双频带通滤波器。运用HFSS和Designer两种仿真软件分别对所设计滤波器的带内插入损耗和带外抑制特性通过调节阻抗比和谐振器的长度进行了仿真和优化。仿真结果的一致性表明该结构的稳定性良好,在2个中心频率为2.4 GHz和5.2 GHz的通带内,插入损耗分别小于1.6 dB和1.9 dB,相对带宽分别大于5.8%和6.7%;在频率为1.6 GHz、4 GHz和6.3 GHz处的抑制损耗达到45 dB,阻带抑制特性满足设计要求。
To satisfy the wireless communication need,a dual-band passband filter is designed for wireless local area network(WLAN)(IEEE-802.11a/b/g)using a four-cascaded half-wavelength resonator.With the two simulation softwares,HFSS and Designer,its insertion loss and band rejection are simulated and optimized by adjusting the impedance ratio and the length of the resonator.The consistency of the simulation results shows that this structure has good stability.In the two passbands with the center frequency of 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz,the insertion loss is less than 1.6 dB and 1.9 dB,and the fractional bandwidth is larger than 5.8% and 6.7%.The stopband rejection loss reaches 45 dB at 1.6 GHz,4 GHz and 6.3 GHz,which meets the design requirements.
