摘要
国家防汛抗旱指挥系统和水文自动测报系统的组建涉及到现地信息采集,远程通信传输、数据落地处理等关键环节。通过卫星通信特点分析,当前卫星通信终端产品性能比较,系统建设需求和现场通信资源调查相结合,提出适合实际情况的水文自动测报系统组网方案。通过水利部948项目——"恶劣自然条件下水文测报技术的开发与应用"课题的实施,在西藏雅鲁藏布江和高原冰川径流区域建设水文自动测报实验站点,通过卫星通信在遥测站进行数据传输应用,分析其数据传输的畅通率和准确性,为卫星通信技术在高原无公网通信及恶劣环境条件下提供应用指导。
Construction of state flood prevention drought resistance command system and hydrological data acquisition transmission system consist of key steps of field information acquisition,remote communication transmission,data loading processing and so on.In this paper,a practical networking scheme for hydrological data acquisition and transmission system is put forward based on an analysis about features of satellite communication,a performance comparison of current communication terminal and field communication resources exploration with consideration on system construction demands.Through item implementation of "Technology Development and Application for Hydrological Data Acquisition and Transmission under Harsh Natural Environment",948 item of Ministry of Water Resources,satellite communication is applied for data transmission at remote station of hydrological data acquisition and transmission system at experimental station along the Brahmaputra River and in plateau-glacier runoff plot.The thesis also makes an analysis on operation rate and accuracy of data transmission in the hope of providing guidance on application of satellite communication technology under conditions without public communication network in plateau region or of harsh natural environment.
