摘要
利用气体传感器阵列进行食品质量检测是电子鼻应用中的一个重要方面。采用7只TGS传感器构成的阵列对8种市售白酒进行了动态测量,并对其进行分类。结合主元分析法(PCA)对传感器阵列信号与白酒的品牌、香型、原料、产地、酒精度等特征之间的关系进行了分析。结果表明,传感器信号在上述白酒特征上表现出很强的聚类特性,按原料划分可以得到最佳的分类效果。
Food quality control by gas sensor arrays is an important topic in the applications of electronic noses.Eight commercial liquors were dynamically measured and classified by a sensor array which containing seven TGS gas sensors.The relationships between the responds of the gas sensors and the brands,aromatic types,raw materials,production areas,percentages of alcohol of the liquors were analyzed by using principal component analysis(PCA) method.The signals of the sensor array were clustered according to the characteristics of liquors.The best results of classification were obtained when classified by raw materials.
