摘要
本论文从复合机的结构和生产工艺入手,按照印刷行业需求,采用西门子公司的S7-313PLC为逻辑控制核心,以西门子异步电机为执行器件,以MPI电缆为通信网络,完成对塑料膜的收卷。为使其平整、均匀收卷,本文采用了工业上成熟的PID算法,软件设计采用模块化设计思想,程序结构清晰,便于维护和进一步改进。
The paper begins from the framework of the compound machinery and production engineering,using the SIEMENS S7-313 PLC as its core control unit,using SIEMENS asynchronous motor as its executor,using the SIEMENS MPI communicating electric cable as its network.In order to make the plastic film rolling smoothly,the paper takes the PID algorithm that is usually used in the industry.The software is made up of models,the structure of the program is clear.So it is convenience for us to maintain and improve.
