摘要
临床实习阶段是医学生学习的最后一个阶段,也是医学教育过程中必不可少的重要组成部分。因此,进一步完善实习生管理是顺利完成实习任务的重要保证。从人性化角度出发,探讨并实施以人为本、人性化与制度化相结合的医学实习生的管理方式,使整体实习效果得到显著提高。
Medical internship is the last stage of medical students and an essential part in medical education,therefore,to further advance the interns＇ management is the guarantee to successfully completing the task of internship.Starting from the angle of humanity,we will discuss and implement the way of the management,which is based on human and combines humanity with discipline,in order to gain an obvious improvement in students internship from all aspects.
