摘要
讨论了表面等离子体激元(SPPs)的特性参数,概述了它的激发方式及仿真方法,并对其形成、发展及若干重要应用进行了描述。旨在为全面认识表面等离子体激元和进一步研究亚波长结构中基于表面等离子体激元的纳米光子器件设计提供理论和实验应用依据。
The characteristic parameters of Surface Plasmon Polaritons(SPPs) are discussed,and its excitation mechanism and simulation methodology are also summarized in this paper.The form development and some important applications of SPPs are described in detail.The analysis here provides theories and basic research references for comprehensive understanding of SPPs and further study on the design of Nanostructure-Photon-Device in sub-wavelength scale based on SPPs.
