"The superpower teaching":expressions,harms and countermeasures

摘要 "超强教学化"是指我国基础教育阶段课程实施过程中无限制强化教学的功能,夸大它的价值,提高它的强度的趋向和现象。它将危害整个国家的前途命运和每个公民的福祉。其有效对策是:将"超强教学化"的消解,提升到国家意志和全民行动的高度;以国家法律、法规的方式科学规定学生学习、生活、休息时间,保证学生最大限度的自由;削减课程知识量,降低课程难度;重视自主、探究、对话、批判式学习;改革评价、招生考试和用人制度。 "The superpower teaching" means the tendency and phenomenon that infinitely strengthens the function and exaggerates the value of teaching in the process of curriculum implementation during our country foundation education stage.It will endanger the prospect of China and each citizen's welfare.The effective countermeasure is:eliminating "the superpower teaching" and promoting the height of the national will and the whole people's action;Scientifically regulating the students’ time of learning,living and rest and insuring the great freedom of students;cutting down course knowledge quantity and lowering the difficulty of course;attaching the importance to learning methods of independence,investigation,conversation and critique;reforming evaluation system and the enrolling system as well as the adopting human resources system.
