摘要
针对PMMA大把手结构复杂,产品质量要求高等特点,采用CAE技术对产品的注塑成形过程进行模拟分析,详细分析模拟结果和缺陷产生的原因,进行了工艺优化.经批量生产验证和产品质量检测,该模具工作稳定可靠,塑件质量达到要求.
In view of the feature of the PMMA handle,which is complicated in shape,demanding of quality and unique in produce process,the project was validated by using the CAE method to simulate the injection process.Then the result and the reason of the defect were analyzed in detail.At the same time the improvement was done to optimize the mold structure and the process parameter.In test production and the product testing,the mold worked steadily and procuct quality met all requirements.
