摘要
通过重点研究造船行业《所有类型船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处所保护涂层性能标准》(PSPC)对造船成本、建造工艺、施工周期和施工难度造成的影响,对熔盛重工目前状况进行调研,并对比与PSPC标准差距,发现存在的问题及影响程度.研究熔盛重工承造的400KVLOC满足PSPC标准的难点及其对策.
The paper studies the influence of Performance Standard for Protective Coatings of dedicated seawater ballast tanks in all types of ships and double-side skin spaces of bulk carriers（PSPC）to the shipbuilding cost,building technology,shipbuilding speed and difficulty of construction.Some problems and its affect have been found through the investigation.The difficulty of meeting the PSPC standard during the building phase of 400K VLOC and the corresponding solution are also studied in this paper.
