摘要
以自行研制的助浸剂A针对陕西省具代表性的3个钒矿进行了浸出对比试验。试验结果表明:对于3个石煤钒矿,单独使用硫酸作浸出剂得到的钒离子浸出率都较低;在硫酸浸液中添加相当原矿质量2.0%~3.0%的助浸剂A,可有效破坏矿物稳定的晶格结构,使包裹晶格里的钒离子能与硫酸反应,从而使钒离子的浸出率有较大幅度的提高。
The leaching comparison experiments were conducted on 3 representative vanadium mines in shanaxi province with self-developed aid-leaching reagent A.The results showed that for 3 vanadium mines,the leaching efficiency of vanadium ion was all low when using sulfuric acid as leaching reagent alone.When adding 2.0%~3.0%(relative to original ore weight) aid-leaching reagent A into sulfuric acid leaching solutions,the stable crystal lattice frame can be destroyed effectively and the vanadium ions wrapped in the crystal can be reacted with sulfuric acid to improve the leaching rate of vanadium ions greatly.
