摘要
结合科研项目与技术管理工作所反映的过程特点,设计出盘点程序表,以归纳容易疏忽遗漏而对总体系统有影响的问题,提前预期,及时发现隐含技术,提供必要的防范措施。
Based on the process characteristics from scientific research item and technology management,the inventory program list is designed for inducing problems which are easily omitted and have influence on overall system.It can forecast these problems ahead of time,find concealment technologies in time and finally provide necessary protection measures.
