摘要
在分析了流化催化裂化汽油组成的基础上,介绍了中国石化开发的清洁汽油生产技术RSDS-Ⅰ/Ⅱ、0CT-M/MD和S-Zorb的特点和应用情况,并分析了三种技术的优缺点。采用三种技术均可以在较高脱硫率、较低辛烷值损失下,生产硫质量分数低至10μg/g以下的清洁汽油产品。指出研发相应的选择性加氢催化剂是今后的主要发展方向。
On the basis of property analysis of FCC gasoline,the technical features of SINOPEC clean gasoline production processes i.e.RSDS-Ⅰ/Ⅱ,OCT-M/MD and S-Zorb and their commercial applications are described.The advantages and disadvantages of three processes are analyzed.The application of these three processes can produce clean gasoline with sulfur lower than 10 ppm at a higher sulfur removal rate and lower octane loss.It is also recommended that high-performance selective hydrogenation catalyst be developed for the operation.
