摘要
气力吸种部件是气吸振动式水稻育苗精量播种机的主要工作部件,其结构参数和工作参数是影响播种装置吸种效果的主要因素。本文对种子在吸种孔前的运动进行了理论分析,结合试验确定了影响吸种效果的气力吸种部件的结构参数和工作参数,试验表明该装置具有较好的吸种效果。
A vacuum seed metering device is the main part of the vacuum vibration rice seedling precision machine. The working parameters and the structural parameters are the important influential factors affecting the vacuum result. The article theoretically studies the seed's movement in the airflow of nozzle and analyzes the factors which influence the suction force. On the basis of this, the design of the nozzles in the seed plate is accomplished, and the flow of the air is obtained by experiments. The test results indicate that single hole seed metering plate (which has a grand total of 561 holes with diameter of 2 millimeters) accords with agrotechnical requirements of the rice seedling precision (1~2 seeds each hole), and double hole seed metering plate (which has a grand total of 561 holes with diameter of 2 millimeter ) accords with agrotechnical requirements of the rice seedling precision (2~3 seeds each hole). It can also sow vegetable seed or other seeds by substitution of the seed plate.
