摘要
目的:调查和了解舟山城镇和乡村间居民碘营养和甲状腺健康状况的差异及相关影响因素。方法:按年龄频数进行匹配抽取舟山城镇和乡村地区居民,开展流行病学问卷调查、甲状腺B超检查、尿碘测定,并进行对比分析。结果:男性40~岁、50~岁和女性40~岁、50~岁年龄组中城镇和乡村居民间的碘盐食用率均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性40~岁、50~岁和女性40~岁、50~岁年龄组中城镇和乡村居民间的摄入碘量差异均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性40~岁、50~岁和女性50~岁年龄组中城镇和乡村居民间的尿碘差异均存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性50~岁年龄组中城镇和乡村居民间B超甲状腺异常率存在显著统计学意义(χ2=4.070,P<0.05)。城镇居民中,年龄和碘摄入是甲状腺疾病的危险因素。而乡村居民中,年收入和吸烟史是危险因素。结论:降低城镇居民碘营养水平,调整乡村居民部分生活习惯,加强对40岁以上城乡居民甲状腺检查是目前本市控制甲状腺疾病的重要手段。
Objective:To investigate the differences of the iodine nutrition and the thyroid healthy between the urban residents and the villagers in ZhouShan city and the factors which the differences were caused by.Methods: The urban residents and villagers which were chose by similar age were surveyed by questionnaire.Their thyroid conditions were assayed by B-mode ultrasound.Their urinary iodine concentration were detected in those people.Results: In male 40~,50~and female 40~,50~age groups,there were significant statistic differences between the rates of eating iodized salt of the urban residents and the villagers(P0.01).In male 40~,50~and female 40~,50~age groups,there were significant statistic differences between daily iodine intake levels between the urban residents and the villagers(P0.01).In male 40~,50~and female 50~age groups,there were significant statistic differences between urinary iodine levels between the urban residents and the villagers(P0.01).In male 50~age groups,there were a significant statistic difference between the rates of abnormal B-mode ultrasound result between the urban residents and the villagers(χ2=4.070,P0.05).Age and daily iodine intake level were dangerous factors of thyroid disease in the urban residents.Annual revenue and smoking were dangerous factors of thyroid disease in the villagers.Conclusion: Reducing daily iodine intake levels of urban residents,adjusting some living habits of villagers,carrying examinations to the people older than 40 both in urban residents and villagers,are important measures of control of thyroid disease in.
