摘要
以磷酸氢二铵、硝酸钙和硝酸锶为原料,利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面活性剂的水溶液形成的胶束为反应模板,采用水热法合成工艺,成功合成分散性较好的一维纳米掺锶羟基磷灰石(Sr-HAP).通过XRD、FT-IR以及TEM对样品的表征分析发现:随着锶掺杂浓度的升高,样品的结构稳定性变低,其晶胞参数随之会有相应的升高,产物的尺寸很好地控制在25~65nm;检测结果表明,产物中不残留CTAB,且具有CO32-以及Sr2+等离子,类似于生物体内磷灰石的成分;产物均为长棒状结构.
One-dimensional Sr-doped hydroxyapatite(Sr-HAP) nano-structures had been synthesized from diammonium phosphate,calcium nitrate and strontium nitrate,via a hydrothermal method,using surfactant CTAB as template.The nano-structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction,FT-IR and transmission electron microscope.It is found that as the Sr-doping concentration increased,the structure stability of the samples got lower,whose lattice parameters increased.The surfactant CTAB has been cleaned out completely and the samples have the similar composition to biological apatite structure because of the ion group such as CO32-and Sr2+,the shape of the samples were all long nano-rods like,which changed little as the Sr-doping concentration increased.
