摘要
目的评价冰冻切片与细胞印片联合应用在临床病理术中诊断的价值。方法对73例乳腺肿物和138例甲状腺肿物术中冰冻切片及印片细胞学诊断和术后石蜡诊断对比分析。结果 73例乳腺肿物,术中冰冻确诊70例,确诊率95.91%,印片细胞学确诊69例,确诊率94.52%,二者联合确诊71例,确诊率97.26%;138例甲状腺肿物术中冰冻切片,确诊131例,确诊率94.92%,印片细胞学确诊132例,确诊率95.65%,二者联合确诊134例,确诊率97.1%。结论将细胞印片及冰冻切片联合应用于临床病理术中诊断,可以相互弥补,减少误诊,提高快速诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the value of frozen section combination with imprint cytology in intraoperative clinicopathologic diagnosis.Methods 73 cases with breast masses and 138 cases thyroid neoplasms were detected by both frozen section and imprint cytology during operation,and the results were compared with the postoperation paraffin sections diagnosis.Results 70 cases with breast masses were diagnosed correctly with frozen section（70/73,95.91﹪）,69 were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology（69/ 73,94.52﹪）,and 71 cases were diagnosed correctly by combination of imprint cytology and frozen section（71/ 73,97.26﹪）.131 cases with thyroid neoplasms were diagnosed correctly with frozen section（131/ 138,94.92﹪）,132 were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology（132/ 138,95.65﹪）,and 134 cases were diagnosed correctly by combination of imprint cytology and frozen section（134/ 138,97.1﹪）.Conclusion Combination of imprint cytology and frozen section detection during operation could increase the accuracy of rapid imtraoperative clinicopathologic diagnosis.
