摘要
[目的]研究不同小麦品种经低温处理后其叶片中POD活性的变化规律。[方法]对5个品种的小麦在4℃下进行了的1、3、5 d的低温处理,然后在室温下恢复生长1、3、5 d,并采用紫外分光光度法测定其叶片中POD活性的变化。[结果]经过低温处理后,不同品种的小麦叶片中POD活性均有不同程度的提高;恢复生长后,5个品种的小麦叶中POD活性仍然高于对照。[结论]POD活性变化与小麦抗寒性之间关系密切,可作为小麦抗寒性鉴定的指标之一。
[Objective]The aim was to study the the change rules of POD activity in the leaves of different kinds of wheat under the low temperature.[Method]With the five kinds of wheat as the material,the POD activity of the wheat leaves were detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometry after 4 ℃ low temperature treatment for 1,3,5 d and then recovery growth under normal temperature for 1,3,5 d.[Result ]The results showed that the POD activity of the five kinds of wheat all improved in vary degrees under the low temperature.The POD activity of the five kinds of wheat was higher than that of the untreated wheat after recovery growth.[Conclusion]The changes of POD activity had close relationship with the cold resistance of the wheat,it could be used as one of the index for the cold resistant identification of the wheat.
