微生态制剂对河蟹池塘养殖水体的原位净化效果研究 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]采用微生态制剂对太湖堤岸内塘大面积河蟹池塘养殖水体进行原位净化研究。[方法]以"加酶益生素(水产专用)""BZT(除氮)"和"水产专用如金益生菌原液"3种微生态制剂为试验材料处理塘水,分别测定塘水化学需氧量、氨态氮含量、总磷含量、悬浮物含量。[结果]3种微生态制剂单独和组合处理的池塘养殖排放水水质均优于对照,与对照相比达到极显著水平(P<0.01),化学需氧量降低51.97%~54.26%、氨态氮含量下降41.77%~44.94%、总磷含量下降40.00%~43.33%、悬浮物含量减少78.81%~80.01%,达到太湖流域池塘养殖水排放标准,而各处理之间的差异不明显。[结论]微生态制剂具有良好的原位净化效果。 [Objective]To investigate the effects of micro-ecological preparations on water body in situ decontamination of Eriocheir sinensis pond-culture in Taihu Lake.[Method]Enzyme prebiotic(reversed for the use of aquatic),BZT,and Rujing prbiotics bulk(reversed for the use of aquatic) were selected as experimental meterials.Chemical oxygen demand,ammoniacal nitrogen,total phosphorus and suspended substance of the pond-culture discharge water were measured and compared.[Result]The results showed that the pond-culture discharge water quality under three micro-ecological preparations treatments was significantly better than control(P0.01).In comparision with control,chemical oxygen demand,ammoniacal nitrogen,total phosphorus and suspended substance were decreased by 51.97%-54.26%,41.77%-44.94%,40.00%-43.33% and 78.81%-80.01%,respectively.[Conclusion]The micro-ecological preparations has a positive effect on water body in situ decontamination of Eriocheir sinensis pond-culture.
