摘要
在分析国内外直压合模机械结构的基础上,提出了一种由工作油缸、模板、拉杆(包括其锁紧螺母)等组成的模具锁紧效能更佳、适用范围更广的新型直压合模装置,并借助Pro/Engineer软件对该结构进行建模和有限元法位移量的计算分析,结果满足压铸生产工程设计的要求。
New fully-hydraulic locking device with widely using range and desirable locking effects was presented,which was made of working oil cylinder,template,pusher pin,and so on,based on analyzing locking device mechanism at home and abroad.The Pro/E software was used to model the mechanism and to calculate displacement to ensure the device to meet the requirements of engineering design.
