摘要
随着社会的发展,ERP系统已经广泛应用于离散制造业,但是ERP系统本身基于无限产能、无资源约束的生产计划越来越无法满足需要。高级计划排程(APS)系统能够进行有限产能排程,但APS系统需要ERP的数据。本文从ERP与APS基本概念与理论出发,描述并分析了生产排程问题,设计了一种基于ERP系统的APS应用框架,描述并分析了其应用过程,从而为APS在离散制造生产排程中的应用提供了解决途径。
Because of the social development, ERP system has been widely applied in discrete manufacturing industries. However, production plans in ERP, which are based on limitless capacity, are not sufficient to manage industries. Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system supports planning based on limited capacity, but it needs data from ERP. This paper introduces the basic conception and theory of ERP and APS, describes and analyzes the problem of planning and scheduling of industries, and designs the framework and the procedure of the application of APS.
