摘要
对于两组份色谱重叠峰体系,当以小组份色谱峰作为干扰时,本文利用正交投影方法,通过构造正交投影矩阵,利用原始信号及其投影与背景之间的内在关系来确定真实背景,从而将背景干扰予以扣除,使含背景干扰的一维重叠色谱峰得以分辨.模拟研究表明,对于两组份色谱峰重叠体系当以小色谱峰为干扰时本文方法具有很好的分辨效果,对于完全重叠峰,即使其峰分离度为零仍然能得到满意的结果.将本方法用于毛细管气相色谱中邻二甲苯与苯乙烯色谱重叠峰的分辨获得了满意的结果.
In two components of one-way overlapping chromatographic system for which the major component is regarded as the one to be determined and the minor one as the interference, the resolution of the overlapping chromatograms can be achieved. Combined the orthogonal projections method with the internal relationship among the original signal, its projection and the background interference vectors, the real background of the interesting system can be determined, then the interference caused by the background can be eliminated. Simulated researches show that the proposed method possesses good performance for background correction and resolution of overlapping peaks even when the peak resolution of two peaks equals to zero, satisfactory results can also be obtained for the above mentioned system. The proposed method was applied to the resolution and quantitative determination of vinylbenzene in the presence of o-bimethylbenzene as an interference for its chromatogram overlaps with that of vinylbenzene's in capillary gas chromatography, good results were obtained.
