摘要
通过在SMA-13混合料中加入掺量分别为0.35%、0.40%、0.45%、0.50%、0.55%的矿物纤维,研究矿物纤维对SMA-13混合料路用性能的影响,并寻求最佳纤维掺量.试验结果表明,矿物纤维对SMA-13混合料的马歇尔稳定性、水稳定性和高温稳定性均有明显的改善作用;随着矿物纤维掺量的增加,SMA-13混合料的最佳油石比、马歇尔稳定度、浸水残留稳定度、冻融劈裂抗拉强度比和动稳定度均呈先增大后减小的趋势.综合考虑矿物纤维掺量对SMA-13混合料各项路用性能的影响,建议最佳掺量取0.45%.
Through the tests of SMA-13 mixture with basalt fiber whose dosage are 0.35%,0.40%,0.45%,0.50% and 0.55%,the influences of basalt fiber on the road performances of SMA and the optimal content of basalt fiber were studied.The test results indicate that Marshall stability,water stability and dynamic stability of SMA-13 mixture can be meliorated after adding basalt fiber to the mixture;and with the increase of basalt fiber content,the optimal ratio of asphalt,Marshall stability,immersed Marshall remnant stability,splitting strength ratio under freeze and thaw and dynamic stability all present a trend of increasing first and declining afterwards.The optimal content of basalt fiber is 0.45% in SMA-13 mixture according to the comprehensive analysis of test results.
