摘要
构建了一套层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,建立精益六西格玛项目评估体系.以专家的意见作为项目的评判标准,采用层次分析法(AHP法)的原理及计算方法计算权重,采用模糊综合评价,并根据最大隶属度原则与加权平均原则相结合,来确定被评价对象的评语,作出最优方案的选择,使评价结果更符合客观实际.
The AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were combined to establish a lean six sigma project evaluation system.With experts'opinions as the project evaluation criteria the principle of AHP and its calculating method were used to calculate the weight.Combining principles of maximum membership degree with weighted average,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to determine comments of evaluated objects,and make an optimum choice so that the evaluation result is able to meet the objective reality.
