摘要
以鸦胆子为试验材料,采用"3414"不完全正交回归设计,通过盆栽方法,研究了氮、磷、钾不同施肥方案对鸦胆子幼苗叶片叶绿素含量及光合特性的影响。结果表明:叶绿素含量随着氮肥施用量的增加而呈递增趋势,在中氮水平叶绿素含量最高,之后随着施肥量的增加,叶绿素含量开始下降。鸦胆子幼苗叶片净光合速率随氮肥施用量的增加而增加,磷、钾肥对叶片净光合速率的影响与叶绿素相似。虽然氮、磷、钾肥之间互作效应不明显,但鸦胆子幼苗叶片净光合速率的大小受氮肥施用量的影响较大。
Brucea javanica (L.) Merr was used as plant material to study the effects of N,P and K formulated fertilization on its chlorophyll content and photosynthesis through pot-planting with "3414" incompleted regression-orthogonal design. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in the leaves of Brucea javanica seedlings increased with the increasing dosage of nitrogen. The chlorophyll content was the highest in the medium level of nitrogen treatment,then it dropped with the the increasing dosage of nitrogen. The photosynthetic rate also increased with the increasing dosage of nitrogen,the effects of phosphorus and potassium on photosynthetic rate were similar to chlorophyll. No obvious interactions were found between nitrogen and phosphorus,nitrogen and potassium,phosphorus and potassium,respectively,however,the value of the net photosynthetic rate was greatly influenced by nitrogen dosage.
