摘要
针对目前塑料薄膜处理方法的缺陷,试探了一种新型的塑料薄膜处理方法——表面氟化二氧化钛光催化氧化法.采用XPS和形貌变化以评价塑料薄膜的氧化分解效果.以聚乙烯塑料保鲜薄膜为分解模型的实验结果表明:二氧化钛光催化(λ≥320 nm)能显著促进塑料薄膜的光催化分解.催化剂表面氟化处理对聚乙烯膜分解的促进作用并不明显.
Pollution by plastied of its non-biodegradability is serious environmental problem. In this article, a novel method, degradation under surface fluorinated TiO2, was studied because of the shortcomings of the present method for the decomposition of plastic film. XPS and digital image were used to evaluate the decomposition of the plastic film. Our results showed that the degradation of PE film under UV irradiation (λ≥320 nm) was greatly enhanced in the presence of TiO2. However, the effect of surface fluorination of TiO2on the degradation of the film was not obvious.
