摘要
通过产业化实现市场开发和技术扩散是一项技术标准发展成功并促进产业技术进步的标志,用户规模及其增长率能较为直观地反映这一过程绩效.借鉴生物学的Logistic生长原理,构建技术标准产业化Logistic模型;以GSM技术标准为样本进行实证检测.结论表明,通过技术标准产业化实现技术扩散具有一定的路径、演进阶段和影响因素.这对于探索促进我国TD-SCDMA等技术标准产业化的途径具有重要启示与政策含义.
Market development and technological diffusion through industrialization indicate successful construction of a technological standard that enhances industrial technological progress.User scale and its increase rate are main measure indices of the process performance.Based on the biologic logistic growth principle,it constructs the logistic model of technological standard industrialization and makes an empirical test on the GSM case.The results show that the technological diffusion through technological standard industrialization has its special path,evolution stages and factors,which have important enlightenment and policy implications for facilitating industrialization of independent technological standards of China such as TD-SCDMA.
