摘要
针对中国保险业当前的投资压力和寻求新投资点的需要,结合现阶段IT产业发展中遇到的资金瓶颈,利用因素分析和协调性分析的方法,研究了中国保险业进入IT产业的风险资本问题,深入分析了资金安全、管理模式、资金退出等方面的应对措施.因素分析研究了确定因素、不确定因素、风险因素3类因素.协调性分析主要设计了2个层面,即协同循环体系平衡面与支撑保障要素体的平衡.协同循环体系平衡面围绕的核心是项目的成功情况,支撑保障要素体的平衡分析了3类因素对融资的支持度.
In order to find some efficient ways to reduce the investment pressure of China＇s insurance business（I.B.）,while at the same time analyze the way in which China＇s Internet technology（I.T.） domain is dealing with the bottleneck problem in growth funds,factor analysis and harmony analysis were both used in studying related counter measures for the venture capital which the I.B.might invest in the I.T.industry.These measures included capital safety,management modes,and capital exit.In the process of factor analysis,there were three main factors： confirmed factors,unconfirmed factors,and venture factors.In the process of harmony analysis,two levels of balance systems were designed;one was the harmony analysis circle system,which is used to judge the success of the project,and the other was the harmony analysis support system,which can calculate the capacity of the three main factors sustaining financing.
