摘要
目的为了解胫骨骨折平台手术的临床效果。方法笔者所在医院1997—2010年收治胫骨骨折患者中的156例，根据不同的状况用到不同的方法。结果156例中膝内翻伴骨不连1例，余骨折均愈合。结论骨折手术简单，效果良好。
Objective To understand tibial fractures platform surgery clinical effects. Methods Our hospital from 1997 to 2010 misdignosed tibial fracture patients in the 156 patients,according to the different condition to use different methods. Results The 156 cases intrameduUary nailing with bone fracture nonunion in 1 case, all healing. More than fracture. Conclusion Fracture surgery is a simple and effective.
