摘要
在分析真空注型工艺的基础上,指出搅拌和浇注电机的速度控制是影响制品质量的关键因素。为解决现有设备使用的驱动电机转速无法实时精确控制的问题,提出一种将智能控制和预测控制相结合的基于模糊小波网络的智能预测控制器。该控制器以永磁同步电机为控制对象,以转子角速度为控制目标。通过设计模糊小波神经网络算法解决建模的精度问题,并阐述算法的实现过程。通过仿真实验证明了该控制器具有较好的鲁棒性、快速跟踪性及稳定性。
After analyzing the vacuum casting process,velocity control of mixing motor and injecting motor were key factors which affected product quality.To control velocity of drive motors precisely,intelligent prediction controller based on Fuzzy Wavelet Network(FWN) was proposed,which was combined with intelligent control and predictive control.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) acted as control object and rotor velocity acted as control target.The FWN solved modeling accuracy problem.Algorithm implementation process was described in detail.Finally,simulation experiments showed the intelligent prediction controller was with better robustness,rapid tracking and stability.
