摘要
目的探讨创伤性ARDS发生率与各种危险因素的关系，提出一个比较简便的计算创伤性ARDS发生率的公式，以便更早、更准确地预测ARDS的发生，提高诊疗水平。方法研究1103例严重创伤的病人，分析22例发生ARDS病人的各种因素，找出导致ARDS发生的最危险的因素，继而提出了一个计算创伤性ARDS发生指数（I）的公式：I＝PF-（N十T＋F＋M＋X）。结果如果I值大于10，将不发生ARDS：如果I值在-2～10之间，则95％的病例不发生ARDS；如果I值小于-2，则90％病例发生ARDS。结论本公式是预测创伤性ARDS发生率的可靠途径，其方法简便可信，有推广价值。
[Objective] To correlate the incidence of ARDS and various risk factors in serious traumatic injury and to find a simple way to predict the incidence of ARDS in traumatic injury. Methods 1103 cases of traumatic injury were studied. According to the correlation between the incidence of ARDS and various various factors, we put forward a simple formula for calculating the occurrence index of traumaic ARDS: I = PF - (N + T+ F+ M+ X). Results The results showed that the change of I value was closely related to the incidence of ARDS. If the I value is more than 10,ARDS will not occur; the I value is between - 2, and 10, ARDS will occtir in 5 % cases. If the I value is less than - 2,ARDS will occur in 90% cases. Conclusion This formula is a simple way to predict the incidence of ARDS in traumatic injury.
