摘要
由于近年来高职院校迅速发展但教学质量并未得到同步提升,于是引入一种科学有效的质量管理方法——PDCA循环,运用PDCA循环中的四个阶段:"计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Action)",对高职院校的教学质量进行全过程的管理,探索高职院校教学质量管理方法,提高教学质量。
Higher vocational colleges have been developing rapidly in recent years,but teaching quality has not been promoted at the same time.PDVA Circle,a scientific and effective quality management method was introduced.The four stages of PDVA Circle-Plan,Do,Check and Action were used in the whole management of teaching quality of higher vocational education.Teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges and ways to improve it were discussed.
