摘要
油桐是我国特有的木本油料树种。分别采用单因素法和正交试验法研究了桐油合成生物柴油的工艺条件。实验结果表明:桐油制备生物柴油的适宜工艺条件为醇油摩尔比8∶1,反应时间80 min,反应温度40℃,催化剂NaOH用量为油重的0.7%。按此工艺生物柴油的收率可达98.2%。
Vernicia fordii is a special woody oil tree species in China.The conditions for preparing bio-diesel fromTung oil by transesterfication with methanol were studied and optimized through single-factor and orthogonal-design experiments.Experimental results show that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows.Mole ratio of methanol to Tung oil was 8∶1,reaction duration is 80 minutes,reaction temperature was 40 0C and the dosage of the catalyst(NaOH) was 0.7 % of the oil's mass.The bio-diesel's yield was 98.2 % under the optimal conditions.
