摘要
协同型民事诉讼模式是指在民事诉讼中充分发挥法官与当事人的主观能动性及作用,法官与当事人协同推进民事诉讼程序的一种诉讼模式。协同型诉讼模式是我国民事诉讼理论发展的必然结果,是我国正在进行的民事司法改革的迫切需要,也是我国社会经济发展的内在要求。
The Cooperation Pattern of Civil Litigation means to bring the subjective initiative of judges and all parties and its effects into full play in civil litigation. In this pattern of litigation, the judges and all parties promote the civil litigation progress cooperatively. It’s the inevitable result of China’s Civil Litigation Theory’s development, the urgent needs of China’s Civil Justice Reform and the internal requirements of China’s Socio-economic development.
