摘要
基础有机化学实验和红外光谱均为高等院校化学专业的基础及专业必修课,同时,也是实践性和应用性很强的学科。在教学中,用红外光谱分析基础有机化学实验中脂肪族产品的结构,可以使理论教学与实践教学紧密联系,并取得很好的教学效果。
The basic organic chemistry experiment and infrared spectroscopy both are compulsories for students learning chemistry in college.They are also highly practical and applied subjects.In teaching,we analyze the structures of the aliphatic products of organic chemistry experiment by infrared spectroscopy, which can make the theory and practice of teaching linked,and obtain a very good teaching results.
