摘要
辅导员是高等院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,是高校学生日常思想政治教育与管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。然而,不少高校过于强调辅导员的管理作用,而忽视其教育作用。高校各级管理者应为辅导员减负,努力改善他们的工作、生活条件,营造和谐的工作环境,提高辅导员的职业社会认同感和价值感,鼓励辅导员向专家学者型发展。
The institutions of higher learning teachers and counselors is an important part of the management team,is the ideological and political education college students and management of the daily work of the organizers,practitioners and mentors.However,many college counselors too much emphasis on the management role,to the neglect of their educational role.College counselors at all levels of management should be reducing the burden,to improve their working and living conditions,and create a harmonious working environment,enhance professional counselor social identity and value,type from experts and scholars to encourage the development of counselors.
