摘要
建筑工程中机电设备的安装融合了计算机技术、通信技术、信息技术以及建筑艺术的特点,为人们提供了更舒适、便利、人性化的生活方式,近年来得到了广泛应用。对于机电设备安装工程项目,施工项目管理的主要内容包括进度控制、质量管理、安全管理、成本控制等方面。由于项目管理是一项复杂的系统工程,管理部门应积极支持和重视,只有建立完善的管理控制体系,才能做到管理一流、质量一流、效益一流。
Construction mechanical and electrical equipment installed in the integration of computer technology,communication technology,information technology and architecture features for people with a more comfortable,convenient,user-friendly way of life,has been widely used in recent years.For the electrical and mechanical equipment installation project,construction project management mainly includes the progress control,quality management,safety management,cost control and so on.Because project management is a complex system engineering,management should actively support and attention,only to establish a sound management control system in order to achieve management first,quality first,efficiency first.
