摘要
探讨了分级破碎机破碎齿的磨损机理,阐述了破碎齿的主要失效形式,分析了影响破碎齿耐磨性能的因素,并结合工况,给出了破碎齿材质选择的技术指标。
Studied the wearing mechanism of tooth of sizing crusher,described the main failure pattern of crushing tooth,analyzed the factors that influence the anti-wear performance of tooth,and combined with the operation condition,present the technical standard for selecting the material of crushing tooth.
