摘要
本文提出以KMnO4 -NaClO作氧化剂,将碘化物氧化成碘酸盐,然后Na2SO3还原过量氧化剂,在硼砂缓冲介质中,于- 1.26V(vs.SCE)测定IO3- 产生的吸附波。此体系灵敏、稳定,重现性好,线性范围宽,有很好的实用性。本法用于饮料和食盐中痕量碘的测定,结果满意。
Based on oxidation of I\+- ions into IO\+-\-3 ions by mixture of KMnO\-4 and NaClO, a new method for determination of trace amounts of iodine by single scan polarography has been developed. The excess oxidizing agent was eliminated by addition of Na\-2SO\-3, then the IO\+-\-3 can yield a sensitive polarographic wave with peak potential of -1.26V(vs. SCE) in buffer solution of borax and sodium hydroxide. The polarogram is very stable with wide linear range from 0.005 to 100 μg/ml I\+-. It has been successfully used to determine I\+- in beverage and table salts.
