摘要
权利意识的不断增强,是近年来当代大学生呈现出的一个显著特征,这一特征的凸现,致使高校的学生管理面临着新的挑战。如何应对挑战,创新方法,改进管理,成为高校面临的重要课题。结合工作实际,对当代大学生权利意识的变化进行分析,进而提出改进高校学生管理的几点建议。
The growing awareness of rights,as a prominent feature of college students in recent years,results in a new challenge the management of college students.How to deal with the challenge,innovate approaches to improve the management have been becoming an important issue facing the university.This paper,according to the actual work,analyzes the changes of the rights awareness for college students,and then puts forward suggestions for improving student management.
