摘要
为了筛选出繁殖速度快、降解亚硝酸盐能力强、经济成本低的优势菌种,取不同河流的淤泥样本分别放入降解亚硝酸盐的富集培养基中培养、分离、纯化。结果筛选出1株降解亚硝酸盐能力较强的菌,可以在24h内降解养殖水体容纳亚硝酸盐临界值的500倍。
In order to screen predominant strains of fast breeding,strong capacity of nitrite degradation and low economic cost,different silt samples were taken and put separately in nitrite enrichment medium for culturing,separating and purifying.One bacterial strain of highly nitrite degradation capacity was obtained.It could degrade aquaculture with concentration of 500 times of critical nitrate capacity within 24 h.
