锐钛矿型掺Fe^(3+)-TiO_2的水热法制备及其光催化降解甲基绿 被引量:2

Preparation of Anatase Fe^(3+)-Doped TiO_2 via Hydrothermal Method and Their Photocatalytic Degeneration of Methylgreen

摘要 以硫酸钛为原料用水热法制备了掺Fe^(3+)+TiO_2薄膜,采用SEM和XRD方法测定了样品的形貌和晶型,并研究了以自制的掺Fe^(3+)TiO_2对甲基绿溶液的光催化降解作用.结果表明,所制备的TiO_2为锐钛矿型TiO_2,即A-TiO_2.365nm紫外光照射下,用自制的掺Fe^(3+)A-TiO_2光降解甲基绿溶液的最佳条件是:16 mg/L的甲基绿溶液中加入0.110 0 g掺Fe^(3+)为2%(摩尔比)的A-TiO_2,室温下经可见光照射下反应8 h,降解率为57%;同样条件下以254 nm紫外光照射8h,降解率达到68%. Fe^(3+)-doped TiO_2 flims were prepared by the hydrothermal method with titanium sulfate as raw materials and were characterized by means of XRD and SEM,and the degeneration of methylgreen photocat-alyzed by as-prepared Fe^(3+) -doped TiO_2 was studied.Experiment results show that as-prepared TiO_2 crystals are anatase TiO_2(ie,A-TiO_2).The results of photocatalysis show that the best degeneration rate of methylgreen is 57%under follow optimum conditions:adding as-prepared 0.110 0 g 2%(molar ratio) Fe^(3+)-doped A-TiO_2 into the 16 mg/L methylgreen solution,then illuminated by vis,stirring quickly at room temperature for 8 h,and the best degeneration rate of methylgreen is 68%at the same condition but illuminated by UV(λ=254 nm).
