公正是构建和谐社会的首要价值体现，也是推动社会发展的原动力，同时为社会主义民主发展指明了方向，为社会稳定提供了保障。在构建和谐社会过程中，我们需要本着公正的价值理念，在道德培育中诠释好公正的相关内涵：平等意识、责任意识和互惠意识。
Social fairness is not only the important value reflection of building a harmonious society, but also the motive power to promote the development of the society. It points out the direction for the development of socialist democracy and ensures the stability of the society. We should bear fair value notion, understand the related idea of the fair： equality, duty, reciprocal.
